Do Not Contact List

 

Microgrid Power maintains a Do Not Contact list for customers who do not wish to receive energy marketing from us or our retail marketers in person at their property or by mail.

 

If you are on our Do Not Contact list, our retail marketers will not visit your property to market energy products or services, and will not send you unsolicited marketing material by post.

 

How to be added to our Do Not Contact list

You can request to be added to our Do Not Contact list at any time by:

• Calling us on 1300 647 888 (Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm AEST)

• Emailing us at support@microgridpower.com.au

• Writing to us at Unit 1, 50 Terrigal Esplanade, Terrigal NSW 2260

• Telling a Microgrid Power staff member directly when they contact you

 

Your listing remains active for 2 years and is automatically refreshed each time you request to be added or to remain on the list.

 

Please note that this list applies to in-person and mail marketing only. It does not cover telemarketing calls or electronic marketing (such as email or SMS). If you wish to opt out of those communications, please contact us using the details above.
