Concessions and Rebates
You may be entitled to a government energy rebate, concession, or relief payment to help with your electricity costs. Eligibility depends on your personal circumstances, the state or territory you live in, and the type of concession card you hold (if any). Your eligibility may also change over time as your circumstances or government programs change.
When you sign up with Microgrid Power, we will ask you whether you may be eligible for any relevant rebates, concessions, or relief schemes. If your circumstances change at any time, please let us know — we want to make sure you are receiving any entitlements you qualify for.

Am I eligible?
Eligibility for concessions and rebates varies by scheme. Most schemes require you to hold a current concession card (such as a Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card, or Commonwealth Seniors Health Card), though some are available based on household circumstances or medical need regardless of card type.
If you are unsure whether you are eligible for any scheme, we encourage you to check the relevant government website for your state (links above), contact us and we can point you in the right direction, or call the relevant government helpline.
